Service Description

crashvsev provides adventure travel services including but not limited to mountain expeditions, wilderness exploration, coastal adventures, and custom adventure planning. Our services include guided tours, equipment provision, safety instruction, and related adventure travel experiences. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and the terms outlined in individual booking confirmations.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by crashvsev. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us via email. Payment terms vary by service but typically require a deposit upon booking with the balance due prior to the adventure commencement date. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a participant in our adventure travel services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking including health, fitness, and emergency contact details
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides and staff
• Maintain appropriate fitness levels and disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Respect local laws, customs, and environmental regulations during adventures
• Behave responsibly and not endanger yourself, other participants, or our staff
• Arrive punctually and prepared with required personal equipment as specified
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure travel inherently involves risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and in extreme cases, death. While crashvsev maintains high safety standards and employs qualified guides, you participate in all activities at your own risk. You acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken. You agree to follow all safety instructions and accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being during activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type and booking date. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the adventure date may receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before may receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 15 days before the adventure date are typically non-refundable. crashvsev reserves the right to cancel adventures due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, in which case full refunds will be provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the crashvsev website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, and other materials, is the property of crashvsev B.V. or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. The crashvsev name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of crashvsev B.V.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Force Majeure

crashvsev shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, revolutions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. For consumers residing in the European Union, this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
